TOYCON Exclusive Wooper Looper

The HangGang brings Wooper Looper to ToyConUK! This ToyCon exclusive Wooper Looper is limited to just 35 pieces and is priced at £55, he also comes with special header art that is signed by Gary and is exclusive to this release. The HangGang will also have 5 unpainted ones available on the big day (not pictured) priced at £50. They will be strictly 1 per customer and will go on sale at a scheduled time (TBA).

Classic Monster Toytem

The Classic Monster Toytem is now available. It is the last of the colorways and is an edition size of only 100. Can only be purchased through my online store.

Dead Wood mini solo art show

This coming Friday, Oct. 5th, I will have a mini solo exhibit at Stranger Factory in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The same night and venue will also be the second annual group show, BeWitching II. There will be a Stranger Factory exclusive Wooper Looper on hand at the show. Edition size of 33.

Shhh … be vewwy, vewwy, quiet … You see that over there? That’s Tricky! A satyr so rare that many deemed the breed long extinct, or just a fable told by those floating in the dregs. But there he is, in broad daylight and natural habitat — the last of his kind, I reckon. Tricky’s a prankster type, so step carefully; I bet he’s rigging the place with tripwire before heading out Albuquerque.

MONSTER TOYTEM

The Monster Toytem is on the ship headed to the states. I have set up the online store for pre-ordering and will be shipping them early October. The Monster Toytem is a 7 piece stackable and interchangeable vinyl toy set. Each piece is 2" tall and stacks to a monsterous height of 14". Wooper Loopers

Meet Wooper Looper. He's an axolotl. Wooper is my first toy made in sofubi vinyl. I don't consider him to be kaiju, but he definitely has that great sofubi feel and tight paint application Japan is known for. Currently there are two colorways. The white painted one is a run of 100 for $60 and the unpainted pink a run of 50 at $50. Each comes in a clear bag with a wood printed header card and a poem inside. Very limited quantity still available in my webstore, www.superham.bigcartel.com.

There was also a collaborative Wooper Cavey I did with the amazingly talented Holly Stanway. Each Wooper Looper Cavey was lovingly made by hand in the A Little Stranger Studio – that’s 180 little gill stalks! Phew! Each comes with a glitter Cavey sticker, black Cavey badge (these only come with rare Caveys, they are not available to buy!), Cavey carry bag and Cavey postcard. This collaborative plush was a run of 30 made for San Diego Comic Con and sold out quickly.

Thirdly, made a couple custom 3" Wooper Looper Dunny's.

Lastly, I handmade 4 Wooper Looper plushes. They were 14" tall and stitched with a number and signature on the back. They all found good loving homes.

Meet Fonzo by Freak Store

Freak Store, Venezuela's premiere design toy store, has released their very first vinyl toy....FONZO! I feel very honored to have designed this 6" toy for them. I LOVE French bull dogs! The Standard Edition Fonzo seen here has a limited edition run size of 200 pieces and will be available for purchase next week. There is a mystery chase colorway that will be randomly inserted in boxes. Will you be lucky enough to get one?

Supahcute Dream Team Show

This is a piece I made for the Supahcute Dream Team Show, entitled Autumn Deer. The piece has sold, but will be on display at the event being held at Leanna Lin's Wonderland in L.A.. Opening reception is this Saturday, May 12th, from 6-10 pm. If you can't make it opening night, the show is on display from May 12th through June 24th.

Playsam 500

A recent custom done for the Playsam 500 to benefit the World Childhood Foundation. The piece has since been sold.

Pete Fowler and Fiends

Design A Fiend Winners

Dudebox has just announced the winners of their Pete Fowler & Fiends ‘Design a Fiend’ Contest. I am very excited to that my design was selected as one of the winners along with other designs from Sergio Mancini and Luke Tribe.

A is for Artist's proof Androids

I designed this friendly toy soldier for this years holiday season. The Toy Soldier special edition Android mini collectible is up for grabs soon! It features a removable decorative key accessory along with movable arms and head. Comes in a window box. The first batch will be available in the Dead Zebra Shop starting Wednesday, December 14th at 11AM Eastern Standard Time. The second batch will go online Wednesday, December 14th at 11PM Eastern Standard Time.

The SUCKSet

The Sucklord got the boot from Work of Art this week, so in honor of the Sucklord, I give you the SUCKset, a tribute to all things Suckadelic. This piece is 7" tall with 5 points of articulation, interchangeable heads, and tons of accessories. In true Sucklordian fashion, this piece is available to whomever wants it the most. Available on the bay.

Preppy the Handball King

This is a custom Swampy done for The Epic Adventures of Swampy McSwamperton custom show put on by Blamo Toys. This is their 3rd annual custom show based on their awesome designs. The show opens this Thursday, Nov 17th from 6-11pm at the Million Fishes Gallery in S.F.

Plush-o-Rama

Another great show is happening in November!!! Plush-o-rama opens November 12th at Dragatomi in Sacremento. Take some cuddly cuteness home with you soon!
